The terms that apply when you use UltraClean Laundromat's wash, dry, iron, carpet, pickup and delivery services.

Our services
UltraClean Laundromat provides Wash, Dry & Fold; Wash, Dry, Iron & Hanger; an Express same-day add-on; carpet & upholstery cleaning; and commercial laundry services, with pocket-friendly pickup and delivery across our Nairobi service area.
Pricing & payment
Wash, Dry & Fold is KES 2,100 for a 7 kg load (KES 300 per excess kg). Wash, Dry, Iron & Hanger is KES 2,800 for a 7 kg load (KES 400 per excess kg). Express same-day service is a KES 1,200 add-on. Loads are weighed and your total confirmed before we start work. Payment is due on delivery or collection, by M-Pesa or cash.
Turnaround times
Standard turnaround is next day; Express offers same-day return, subject to availability. Turnaround times are estimates, not guarantees, occasional delays can occur due to order volume, machine servicing or circumstances beyond our control, and we'll let you know as soon as we're aware of one.
Items left in pockets
Please empty all pockets before handing over your laundry. We check pockets during sorting and set aside anything we find, but we are not responsible for damage to, or loss of, personal items left inside garments.
Liability for damage or loss
We take great care with every order, but items can occasionally be damaged or lost. Where we are found responsible, our liability is limited to the reasonable value of the affected item(s) and will not exceed the total amount paid for the service in question. We are not liable for pre-existing damage, wear, or issues arising from a garment's manufacture or fabric.
Delicates & special-care items
Delicate, vintage, beaded or embellished items carry inherent risk during cleaning. Please flag such items when you book or hand them over, we cannot guarantee against shrinkage, colour bleed or damage that is inherent to the fabric or its construction.
Cancellations
You may cancel or reschedule a pickup free of charge at any time before collection. Once your items have been collected and processing has begun, cancellation may no longer be possible.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya, and any disputes arising from them will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Kenyan courts.
