When you use our contact or booking form, message us on WhatsApp, or call the shop, we may collect: your full name, phone number, email address, pickup/delivery address, and any message or instructions you choose to share with us.
Why we collect it
We use this information solely to arrange and deliver your laundry, carpet or upholstery service, confirming your booking, scheduling pickup and delivery, contacting you about your order, and responding to enquiries.
How we use and share your information
Your details are used only to arrange your service. We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. We do not use it for marketing unless you separately ask us to. We may share the minimum necessary details (such as your name and address) with our own pickup and delivery staff strictly to fulfil your order.
Data retention
We keep your information only for as long as necessary to provide the service you've requested and to meet any basic record-keeping obligations, after which it is deleted or anonymised.
Your rights
In line with data protection principles comparable to the EU's General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Kenya's Data Protection Act, 2019, you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, request that we delete it, object to or restrict certain uses of it, and lodge a complaint with Kenya's Office of the Data Protection Commissioner or another applicable authority.
